Juniperus chinensis San Jose/San Jose Juniper bonsai grown for many years by the previous owner in a small pot. The tree has been re-invigorated and the soil much improved over the past 3 years.

It is now a very healthy vigorous tree and is ready for styling.

This is a very 'old-school' Juniper species for bonsai here in the uk. Very fast growing, very vigorous and impossible to kill! It does have a habit of producing a mixture of mature (scale) and juvenile (needle) foliage when vigorous but this stops once the tree settles down and becomes rootbound.

As with all bonsai available on the bonsai4me.com/shop, this tree has been treated with Danu from ProBio Carbon to encourage disease resistance and bushier, better distributed growth habit.

Current height of actual tree 20"/50cm Planted in a 11.5"/29cm plastic training pot.
