It is recommended that you use wire between 1/3 and 1/2 the thickness of the branch you want to bend or manipulate.

Guy wires are also very useful for bending branches into position.

Wire is also used for securing trees into their pots and securing drainage mesh into the bottom of pots. We currently stock aluminium wire in various sizes. We have 100 gram & 500 gram rolls in sizes 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 6mm.

Our jacks and branch bending tools can be useful for putting bigger or more awkward bends into thicker branches.
